B. Barbell Split Squat 2 x 8/8;1min rest

C. Good Mornings 3 x 12; 1min rest

S&C Class

Workout:

A. Squat 5 x 5; 3mins rest -> guys @80% girls @85%

then Core Testing

a. Side Plank 90seconds each side

b. Tabata Sit Ups
