These sessions are cardio based, focusing on building your aerobic engine and lowering resting heart rates via the Ergs, Skiergs and Bikeerg. Pacing and technique are paramount here. Intensity is generally lower than the standard conditioning sessions but work is performed for longer durations. Suitable for all levels and ideal for building an aerobic foundation or for recovery.
