C3. Bent Arm Supinated Pullaparts 3 x 10

D1. DB Rolling Extensions 3 x 10
D2. Barbell Curl 3 x 10

B. Chins / Ring Rows 2 x max (3mins rest)

then 10mins of:

KB Swing x 10
Box Jump x 10
Ring Push Ups x 10
