Workout:

Press 3 x 5 or 5 x 3 depending on training time

then partner workout, 10mins AMRAP:
3 DB Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Ups
9 Squats

2mins break then

400m recovery run

 

A lot of full pushups in the workout this evening!

 

Fundamentals Class

Workout:

A. Squat 5,5,5,5,5

B. Partner Workout –
4 x 12 Burpees / 1 person works while 1 rests

C. 400m Run
