Power Snatch 1.1.1 x 4

then

4 rounds of:

3 DB Squat Clean
6 Push Ups
9 Squats (rounds 1,3) / 9 Inverted Rows (rounds 2,4)

 

Fundamentals Class

Workout:

Deadlift build up to 5rm

then

15-12-9
DB Hang Power Clean
KB Swings
Burpees

then

3 rounds of:
12 sit ups / 30 sec side plank each side
