D. DB Ext Rotation 3 x 10/10 @3011

 

S&C Class

Workout:

A. Bulgarian Split Squat 6, 6, 6

B1. Lying DB Press 3 x max
B2. DB Row 3 x 15-20

C. 2 rounds of:

15 x Divebomber push-ups
5 reps of (1 chin-up + 1 toes-to-bar = a rep)
400m run.
2 mins rest.

 

Fundamentals Class:

B. Lying DB Press 3 x 8-12

C. DB Row 3 x 15-20.
