Workout:

A. Power Clean -> find 1rm

B. Bench Press -> find 1rm

* look for balance between 2 movements

C. EMOM for 8mins;
KB Swing x 10
Burpee x 5

 

S&C Class 2

Workout:

A. Hang Power Clean -> find 1rm

B. Bench Press -> find 1rm or 3rm

C. EMOM for 8mins;
KB Swing x 10
Burpee x 5
