S&C Class
Workout:
A. Hang Power Clean 3 x 3
then 5 rounds of;
Back Squat x 5 @ 80%
Push Ups x 10
400m run

Fundamentals Class
Workout:
Squat 3 x 5 (3mins rest)
then 3 rounds of (3misn work / 1min rest)
DB Hang Squat Clean x 3
Push Ups x 6
Squat x 9
