DB Hang Squat Clean
Burpees

 

Squat cleans / split cleans / burpees!

 

Fundamentals Class

Workout:

A. Squat 3 x 5 (3mins rest)

B1. DB Hang Squat Clean 15-12-9 (no rest)
B2. Burpees 12-9-6

C. Sit Ups 3 x 10 (1min rest)
