B. Squat 3 x 5

then 2 rounds as fast as possible:
10 Push Ups
12 DB Hang Squat Cleans
400m Run

Workout:

C1. DB Thruster 3 x 15 (no rest)
C2. KB Swing 3 x 15 (no rest)
