B2. 2H KB Swing  5 x 12 (1min rest)

Hang Power Clean

Workout:

Squat 3 x 5

then

4 rounds:
KB Swing x 30seconds
15seconds rest
Burpees x 30 seconds
15seconds rest
DB Push Press x 30 seconds
30seconds rest
