Workout:

A. Power Clean + Push Press x 2 – @start of every min for 10 mins

then 4 rounds of:
3mins on / 1min off (block A x 2 , block B x 2)

Block A
Chins x 5
Push Up x 10
Squat x 15

Block B
Row @ 75%
