A. Snatch Push Press x 3 + OHS x 3, 3 sets

B. Snatch Balance 3 x3; 2mins rest

C. High Hang Snatch + Mid Hang Snatch x 1,1,1,1,1

then 5mins of:
5 Knees to Elbows
5 DB Hang Squat Clean
5 Burpees
