A2. KB Swing 3 x 15 (2mins rest)

then

3 rounds of
200m Sprint
12 Push Press

then

Hollow Rock 10sec on/10sec off x 8

Deadlift 5,5,5

then

5 rounds of:

20sec DB Thrusters
30sec rest
20sec KB Swings
30sec rest
20sec Burpees
30sec rest
