C. Then 3 rounds of:
400m Run
for remainder of time – KB Swings
(2:30 work / 2:30 rest)

A. Bulgarian Split Squat 3 x 8/8

B. Romanian Deadlift 3 x 5 or Press 3 x 5

then 4 rounds of;
KB Swings x 15
KB Topside Halfmoons x 10/10
