Workout:

A1. Front Squat 3 x 5 (1min rest)
A2. Push Ups 3 x max (2mins rest)

then @ start of every min (10mins):

KB Swing x 10
Burpee x 5

 

Back on form with a tough Thursday session

 

Fundamentals Class

Workout:

A. Squat 3 x 5 (2-3mins rest)

B1. KB Swing 4 x 10 (no rest)
B2. Push ups 4 x 10 (1min rest)

C. Sit Ups 3 x 12
