Workout – Sat 7th
A. Barbell Complex x 3
(5 deadlift, 5 Powerclean, 5 front squat, 5 push press, 5 back squat)
B. Thruster x 3 on the minute + burpees for rest of minute. Work out ends when 80 burpees are complete.
