A. Squat 3 x 5 (3mins rest)

B. Press 3 x5 (3mins rest)

C. Deadlift 5rm

*use the same weight across the 3 sets for A and B, go for a PR on C

then

Saturday Abz session:

3 rounds of:

15 Sit Ups
6 Ab roll outs
45sec plank
1min rest
