Overhead Squat / Snatch Balance / Power Snatch

Workout:

A. Power Snatch + Overhead Squat 5 x 2

then 8 mins of:

10 DB Hang Squat Clean
10 KB Swings
8/8 DB Reverse Lunge

And just cause its the only training footage from today, I forgot to take any photos in the class…How to do 1 and a half reps of something…
