A. Bench Press 2 x 5, 1 x max reps (same weight across 3 sets)
B. Barbell Curl 2 x 12 -15
C. Deadlift x 5 (build up to 1 heavy set of 5reps) *use clean grip for as many sets as possible
Strength Class:
Bench (reps on last set), Barbell Curls, Deadlift
Ken: 110kg (x6), 30,35kg, 150kg
Dave: 92.5kg (x6), 30,32.5kg, 150kg
Conor: 105kg (x6)
