16k Bike
* Every 2 minutes -> 2 burpees and change machines
Teams of 3 – everyone working on an Erg at the same time
Teams of 4 – as above & 1 person (p4) has to hold a slamball for 1 minute
Teams of 5 – as above & 1 person (p5) can rest
