A2. Ring Push ups 3 x max; 2mins rest

then 5rounds of:
DB Hang Squat Clean x 5
DB Squat x 5
DB Thruster x 5

Fundamentals

Workout:

A1. Split Squat 3 x 6/6; 2mins rest
A2. Seated Shoulder Press 3 x 10-12; 2mins rest

then 5 rounds of:
DB Hang Squat Clean x 5
DB Squat x 5
DB Thruster x 5
