Power Clean – build up to heavy single then 4 x 4 @ 80%

then

3 rounds of
10 KB Snatch (each arm)
20 (10) Ring Push Ups
10 Bulgarian Split Squats (each leg)

Workout:

Squat 3 x 5

then

*4 rounds of
5 DB Snatch (R)
5 DB Snatch (L)
5 DB Swings (R)
5 DB Swings (L)
10 Burpees
1min rest
