A. Hang Power Clean 2-2-2-2-2 (2mins rest)

3 rounds of:
B1. 15 x Thrusters (no rest)
B2. 15 x Burpees (no rest)

C. Plank x 2mins

 

Fundamentals Class

Workout:

Deadlift 3 x 5

then

7 rounds of:
7 Squats
7 Push Ups
7 KB Swings

Plank 45sec / 1 min rest x 2
