A1. Pendlay Row 3 x 5 (2mins rest)
A2. Face Pulls 3 x 12 (2mins rest)

B. Bench Press 3 x 4-6@30×1 (3mins rest)

then 5mins of;
Double KB Swing x 10
Chins / Ring Rows x 5
Burpees x 3

Rest 2mins

then 3mins of;
Double KB Swings x 10
Push ups x 5
