A. Turkish Getup Ladder 1-2-3-2-1 (each arm)

B. Power Clean 2-2-2-2-2

C1. RDL 3 x 6-8 (no rest)
C2. DB Walking Lunge (no rest)
C3. 2 Hand KB Swing (3mins rest)

 

Mid Turkish Get Up

 

Fundamentals Class

Workout:

A. Deadlift 3 x 5 (3mins rest)

B. Push Press 3,3,3,3,3 (2mins rest)

then

3 Rounds of:
20 KB Swings
10 Push Ups
5 Lunges (L/R)
