B. Turkish Get Up 3,3,1 (R/L)

C. Core work – L-sits / Roll outs / Weighted Sit ups

Fundamentals Class

Workout:

A. Deadlift  build up to heavy 5 reps

B. Thruster 4 x 12 (1min rest)
