Workout:

A. Snatch Push Press 3 x 3; 90sec rest

B. Overhead Squat 3 x 3; 2mins rest

then 4 rounds of:
DB Hang Squat Clean x 5
Burpees x 10
KB Swing x 15

work : rest -> 1:2
