Workout – Sat 15th

Workout:

A. Squat 3 x 5 (3mins rest) *add 2.5kg more than last week

B. Press / Bench Press 3 x 5 (3mins rest) *add 1kg / 2.5kg more than last week

C. Deadlift 5rm (4 warm up sets max) *look to add 5kg on last week

 

Directions to the gym will be so much easier now ...
