Workout:

A. Push Press 3 x 5 (2-3mins rest)

B. Front Squat 3 x 5 (3mins rest)

C. Partner workout;
partner #1 KB Swing for 30seconds
partner #2 5 Burpees (aim for controlled breathing, full range) rest for remainder of 30 seconds
