Mixed Class

Workout:

A. Mid Hang Clean Pull 3 x 3 (2-3mins rest)

B. Hang Power CLean – 10mins to work up to heavy single

C. 80% of B -> 10 x 2; perform 2 reps @ start of every minute

then 3mins of;
Burpees x 5
KB Snatch x 5/5
(1min rest)

then 3mins of;
Push Ups x 5
Double KB Swing x 10
(1min rest)

then 3mins of;
Box Jumps x 5
KB Swing (heavy) x 10
(1min rest)
