Workout – Fri 11th (Friend Friday!)

Apologies for the delayed update! Yesterdays class was excellent, there was a big group down – thanks to everyone for getting stuck in and for making it a great atmosphere. Also, thanks to Aoife for bringing a friend along! Some of you need to work on making friends! Seriously though, the gym has seen a lot of new faces in the past couple of weeks and I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone for spreading the word and helping the gym grow.

A. Front Squat 3 x 5 (3mins rest)

then

21 Thrusters
400m Run
21 DB Hang Squat Cleans
400m Run
21 Burpees
