Revised Timetable from September 2011

Strength classes are starting up this week. This will be a chance for people to work specifically towards building Strength. The classes will focus on 2-3 compound lifts (such as Squats, Bench, Deadlift, Shoulder Press etc) and may feature some supplementary exercises. This will be a chance for individuals who are heavily involved in their sport training outside the gym and want to focus on improving strength while avoiding over training and burnout, and also just for people who want to get strong!

Monday:

7-8pm GPP Class

8-9pm Strength Class

 

Tuesday:

7-8pm GPP Class

8-9pm Fundamentals

 

Wednesday:

7-8pm GPP Class

8-9pm Strength Class

 

Thursday:

7-8pm GPP Class

8-9pm Fundamentals

 

Friday:

6-7pm GPP Class

 

Saturday:

11 – 12 Strength Class

12 – 1.30 GPP Class
