The entry point for people looking to get started at South Dublin Strength & Conditioning. Beginners must attend these classes (alternatively Personal Training sessions may be booked instead). The focus here is on technique and working on consistency in the movements and the conditioning sessions are modified to allow anyone to take part – this class is suitable for ALL levels. It is also a chance to learn more about the training protocols and philosophies behind SDSC.
