S&C Class

Workout:

A.  Bench Press 3, 3, 3, 3, 3.

B.  2 rounds of

30 secs 2-hand KB Swing
30 secs round-the-body-pass
15 secs L-Hand swing
15 secs R-hand swing
30 secs round-the-body-pass
30 secs 2-hand swing.

C.  2 x 4mins TGU’s

 

Fundamentals Class

Workout:

A.  Overhead Squat 5, 5, 5.

B.  Bench Press 3, 3, 3, 3, 3.

C.  5 mins AMRAP of

10 x BW squat
Handwalk to push-up, handwalk back
10 x BW Squat
1 x length Walking Lunge w/ topside halfmoon
