A. Power Clean + Hang Power Clean x 1,1,1; 2mins rest

then 3 rounds of:
KB Topside Halfmoons x 10/10
Box Jump x 5 (step down)

2mins rest

Every Minute on the minute (for 10mins) 10 KB Swings

Workout:

A1. Bench Press 4 x 5; 30sec rest
A2. KB Swing (heavy) x 15; 2mins rest

then 4 rounds of:
Box Jumps x 5
DB Hang Squat Clean x 5
Ring Row x 5
Rest 30sec
