A3. Inverted Ring Rows x max (3mins rest)

Workout:

A. Squat 3 x 5 (3mins rest)

then 2 rounds of – 5mins on / 1min off
5 DB Hang Squat Clean
5 Ring Rows / Push Ups
5 Box Jumps
