For the holidays we will be posting workouts for everyone that is away (or back home) – there will be the workouts that are taking place in the gym and a second, equipment free workout, for those that wont have access to a gym. Feel free to post how you get on! SDSC Workout: A. KB Armbar Stretch x 2 each side B1. Front Rack Split Squat 3 x 6-8 each leg ;30sec rest B2. Band Pullaparts 3 x 12; 2mins rest then 5 rounds of: 5 DB Hang Squat Cleans 10 Ring Push Ups 15 KB Swings Equipment Free Workout: Find a Football / GAA / Rugby pitch… Start in one corner and sprint the length of the pitch, from there lunge across the end line (width) of the pitch, sprint the opposite length and then lunge across the other end – this is one lap. Repeat 5 times. At the end of the 5 rounds, hit a set of max pushups.
