Workout:

A. RDL 4 x 6 *5sec negative (2-3mins rest)

then 6 rounds of:

B1. Jumping Lunge x 10
B2. KB Swing x 25

 

Ross and Ross. Teamwork personified.

 

Fundamentals Class

Workout:

A. Squat 3 x 5

then 6 rounds of:

1min or work / 30sec rest

B1. DB Hang Squat Clean x 5
B2. Burpees x 10
