Current Training Block, Mon 15th Sep – Sat 11th Oct

Just a quick piece about the current block that we are going through in the group sessions. We are into the second week (out of 4). We have gone through previous 4 week blocks and found for the current training age of folks in the classes, 4 weeks has worked well and everyone has continued to hit PR’s.

 

Scalable strength work

 

The current sessions will look like this:

Monday

Main Lift: Squat
Accessory work: Vertical / Horizontal pull (Upper Back)

Tuesday

Main Lift: Power Snatch
Accessory Work: Speed work / Midline Stability

Wednesday

Main Lift: Press
Accessory Work:  Horizontal Push / Triceps

Thursday

Main Lift: Posterior Chain (Individual Needs)

Friday

Hypertrophy / Individual Needs

Saturday

Conditioning / Individual Needs
